Hi there, I’m Joyful!
I’m grateful for the chance to connect with you through my art and story. Childhood nighttime dreams of breathing and swimming underwater with whales fueled my fascination with the underwater world and a calling to become a marine wildlife artist.
Often this childhood wonder we experience from discovering the beauty and adventure of an uncharted world is replaced by the stresses and pains of adult life. As an artist, I create to help re-awaken wonder and hope once forgotten.
To spend time underwater is to forget time exists and experience a glimpse of eternal freedom and weightlessness in body, spirit, and soul.
The intricate design, synergy, and beauty of this unique environment remind us that we are an integral part of a providential and grand creation. We must work together to protect and preserve this incredible place.
